Cumberland Park in Nashville, TN, is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Cumberland Park offers many different activities, including hiking trails perfect for beginners or experienced hikers alike. The park also has an open field perfect for picnics with friends on a nice day! Cumberland Park is located at 2612 Cumberland Ave, Nashville, TN 37206. More can be found here.

The Park is a natural oasis located on the banks of the Cumberland River. The green space was designed by landscape architect George Kessler in 1914 as part of an ambitious plan to develop parks along Nashville’s riverfront for all residents to enjoy. Over the years, The Park has been expanded and now offers visitors wide open green spaces with plenty of trails for walking or jogging, pavilions available for rental – perfect for outdoor events – and lots of grassy areas ideal for picnics or taking your furry friend out to play! You may also want to check out our new Cumberland River Greenway Trail System, which snakes its way through the park and provides beautiful views of the river.
