Berry Hill is the smallest satellite city in Davidson County, Tennessee. The city is less than one square mile in area and has a population of around 3534. The town built its foundation in 1813, whereby William Wells Berry and his family owned most of the land until 1876. It was incorporated as a city in 1950 and has continued to thrive to date. It is growing at a rate of 4.68% yearly and has noted a 67.33% population increase from 2010. White takes up 83.03%, African American 7.95%, Asian 4.84%, and other races 4.18% of the population.
